TITLE: CNC Machinist
REPORTING TO: Machine Shop Foreman
LOCATION: Pyropress Limited, Plympton, Plymouth

Pyropress Limited is looking to attract an experienced Machinist to join the Machine Shop Team at Pyropress.

Reporting to the Machine Shop Team Leader, the successful candidate will manufacture components and products to the expected levels of safety, quality and consistency using manual and CNC machining practices.

To be successful, you should have proven experience in a similar role, have sound experience of operating CNC machinery along with a good working knowledge of manual machining.  You should also have a good understanding of health and safety, be computer literate and have strong communication skills

TITLE: Mechanical Engineer
HOURS OF WORK: 38.25 hours per week
LOCATION: Pyropress Limited, Plympton, Plymouth

CLOSING DATE: 24/07/2019

Pyropress Limited has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our small team of engineers as a Mechanical Engineer.

Reporting to the Technical and Quality Manager, the Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design and maintenance of small electro-mechanical devices and associated equipment in the Hazardous Area industry.

The successful candidate should have a degree in a relevant subject such as mechanical, automotive, aeronautical or manufacturing engineering, have effective technical skills (e.g. 2D and 3D CAD) and the ability to work under pressure.
