Titan Range

Titan series ATEX EExd, EExia and Industrial Switches (SIL 2 applications suitable).
The Titan series of pressure switches, differential pressure switches, temperature switches, level switches and flow switches are designed for use in environments where explosive gases and dust can be present and are available ATEX certified in Intrinsically Safe CAT 1 EExia IIC T6, T5 & T4 and Flameproof (Explosion Proof) CAT 2 EExd IIB +H2 T6 & T5 versions.

They are available with cast aluminium alloy or ANC4B 316 grade stainless steel housings and a selection of wetted part materials to suit most processes.

The adjustment ranges are separated into ultra low, low, medium and high pressures as below:

Ultra low : 0.4 to 16 mBar
Low pressure : 8 to 250 mBar
Medium pressure : 0.15 Bar to 40 Bar
Medium pressure : 0.15 Bar to 27.5 Bar - Low deadband version.
Medium pressure : 0.1 Bar to 32 Bar - Flush diaphragm/flange mounted version.
High Pressure : 0.75 to 800 Bar

All of the switch ranges have demonstrated their reliability for application at SIL 2 IEC 61508, with a qualifying report and Certificate Of Compliance available on request.

GOST R certified option also now available on Pressure Switches, Differential Pressure Switches & Vacuum Switches.
